STILL WAITING!
<p>I have been waiting for my FNB card now for a week and a half. It was confirmed for yesterday between 12h00 & 16h00. Nothing happened. When I phoned them this morning, they said they will put in a request for delivery today because I do not want to wait until Monday. When I phoned the about half hour ago, there was no progress. REALLY?? HOW LONG MUST I WAIT????</p>
Good afternoon Ms. Muller,
Confirming that an appointment is scheduled for delivery Monday (13-02-2017) between the hours of 12:00 and 16:00.
Upon delivery you will need to produce the following documents for verification and FICA purposes (clear copies of both documents are required):
• Your valid green bar-coded ID/smart ID card
• A proof or residence that is in your name, has your physical address on it and not older than three months.
The proof of residence should not be a once off statement/letter or any document from FNB or Discovery.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the non-delivery of your card and we thank you for taking he time to bring this matter to our attention.
