I received a call from CCD Couriers to have my card delivered at home, which I ordered from the Nedbank App. They confirmed that they will deliver it to my house. I then received a call the next morning to come to the police station to collect my card. I asked for the supervisor on the call to come explain to me why I need to go collect at the police station. She didn't even know the reason why and she said she will speak to the delivery department because she refused to give me their contact details, stating it's internal email addresses. She said she would call me back in the morning to confirm my delivery. She phoned, lying to me, stating they said they would deliver to my house. Little did I know, a few hours later, your call center person called, telling me to come to the police station to collect my card. This is not the option I chose when applying for my card. There was no option to collect at the police station. I could have easily chosen to go collect it at the branch. I still haven't received my card till today. I received a confirmation sms on the 5th Dec 2025 stating that my card will be delivered to my house. I waited the whole day for it. Bear in mind, I have a life to live besides waiting for a delivery the entire day. I want my card delivered at home asap. This assumption of you guys thinking we all have a means of transport to go to the police station should stop. What is the difference between you and other courier companies that deliver to your doorstep? There are courier companies that deliver merchandise that is way more valuable than what you guys are delivering. Stop this nonsense of yours and stop making excuses for not delivering the services you get paid for. I'm not complaining about myself only. The entire process of collection at the police station should stop. Make means for everyone. I expect my card to be delivered at my house first thing Monday morning.
