Stay away from CCD Couriers. They will annoy your customers

I don't even want to give them a star but you have to. I have a bank card that I am waiting for. I made an appointment with them and the lady that took tha call said that the delivery will be made the 2nd of October 2024 between 14:00 and 16:00 which I agreed upon.

The second of October at 16:10 I phoned them and enqured why the package hasn't been delivered yet, they then informed me that the appointment was only scheduled for the 3rd of October 2024 between 14:00 and 16:00 on which I told them that was not the information they gave me. I also told them that I won't be available at thos times which the lady asked me if 08:00 to 10:00 would be fine on which I said it was, she said she will just to confirm it and give me a call, on which she didn't call me. At 12:00 no-one was here and I phoned again which they rep**** they will phone the driver to find out where he is on his route. They couldn't get hold of the driver, on which the gentleman said he will phone me back on which he didn't call back.

When I got back at the office I was informed no one from CCD Couriers was there. I then received an SMS informing me they have delays in delivering their parcels. I phoned again to find out what is going on and yet again I was told they will escallate the issue and the relevant department will phone me and guess what? Still haven't heard from them.

They are the most useless and incompotent company I have dealt with. Very friendly when they talk to you but that is as far as it goes.
