2015-06-10<br> <br> -Received a call from CCD Couriers for delivery on the 11th June - 5PM/6PM<br> -Informed agent i might be leaving the country, can we make it an earlier time. <br> -Agent informed me supervisor will be calling me back to discuss an earlier time. <br> <br> 2015-06-11<br> <br> - Agent 1 Calls to ask me to confirm a time on Monday for delivery.<br> - I told her the delivery date was suppose to be for today.<br> -She rudely cut me off asked to transfer me to the agent handling my account, without waiting for me to say Yes/No she transferred me.<br> - Agent 2 (Laura) asked me to call FNB to confirm if i can receive my card.<br> - The date wasn't set to make delivery.<br> - Asks me to contact fnb.<br> - Refuses to give me company address, as she told me she doesn't have to give me information. <br> - after i told her i work in a call center she has to tell me if she holds my persona information. <br> - Rudely drops the call on me while I'm talking. <br> - Contacts me again to Say i need my Original ID. Previously on the card she said i can use my License. <br> <br> I'm forced to drive all the way to four ways, waste of my Time , Petrol money, to entertain a bunch of people like this.
