If I could rate them 0, I would. I purchased and paid for a 5G Rain router of R529 on April 30th, May 3rd the first consultant called me to arrange for delivery which is supposed to be today between 10am-12pm, well, it is 11:45 now and prior to this I've had over 20calls with 6 different people calling me to arrange the same thing which is mind blowing to say the least. I'm sure I'll be back later with yet another complaint about my package not being delivered at all!! Pathetic service!
