Spiteful Driver

Driver refused to deliver my card even after I obtained authorization after explicitly explaining that I needed that card URGENTLY. I explained why I was not able to produce my original ID and got Authorization for someone else to sign on my behalf. I don't know how we're supposed to bank without our bank cards just because the delivery guys have a score to settle. He advised me to call them and he would come back and when I said that he shouted at me and said I got him into trouble. How am I supposed to know that the information he gave me was not meant to be known at Head Office and just to spite me he refused to return.
