Speedy service going the extra mile

I was getting my credit card delivered today but had to "quickly" pop out to SAPO to get my vehicle license disc. While there, I got a call from my office, courier was there. I spoke to the guy on the phone, told him where I was and within 5mins, he was in the Post Office. Very lucky because I had the wrong proof of residence. Surprised how this guy went out of his way to assist me. It's very rare to receive this level of customer service. He was so quick, I barely saw him leave. Please thank him for me.
