Sorry State of Affairs

I don't mind to show my identification when a bank card gets delivered but am really not happy that nobody can advise what happens with my information when a photograph thereof is taken. This is totally unprofessional and against the law and a very sorry state of affairs that the delivery team is not trained appropriately and not in possession of the legally required manual.

This Business should know the laws and abide by it!
