So unprofessional

Unprofessional, I called on 11 confirming my delivery for my debit card and I was told I will receive the card within 5 working day Today 5 days have passed no communication what so ever, I called again today and I was told the delivery was not loaded on the system, so does it mean if I did not call today to find out when is the delivery my card was just gonna be there until Jesus comes back mind you my card is expiring
