SIMPLY JUST NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE

<p>Yes, they are so *********** - they are not in business anymore - at least that is how it seems. </p> <p> </p> <p>CCD Couriers had to deliver my FNB Business Card (please take my advice, NEVER EVER use FNB for anything they are useless and make use of suppliers just as useless) between 9-11am on 13/07/2017. After 11am I phoned them, I tried the Johannesburg branch because the Cape Town branch picks up the phone and immediately puts it down again. Johannesburg Branch informed me that my card has not been dispatched and now I have go to the Cape Town branch to pick up the card on my expense. Please note I already had expenses to come to the address given to them on Tuesday when they arranged the delivery time via the phone and sent me a SMS to confirm delivery. I told them to deliver the card to a specific shop at Canal Walk centre. After phoning the Cape Town branch multiple times, somebody actually answered the phone. I wanted to confirm if the card is at the branch for me to come and pick up myself. They informed that the card was sent to FNB in Port Elizabeth - ***????</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the person how that happened as I am living in Cape Town and will never request the card to be delivered to PE, I also did not ask for the card to be delivered to a FNB at all, by the way. You people are a joke and useless as useless can get.</p>
