Shoddy and pathetic service - ccd Couriers

I called this Business lavatory today 5 Times!! I spoke to the following redundant elements: Nomsa Skosana, Zandile, Thando Ashley Nyakane, Mamelo Kwenaite. Mamelo is a supervisor and a poor one at it. The staff are unprofessional and loud. Loud in the background, Loud with private conversations , whilst I am in search of my bank card and to furnish address details. The manager Andile REFUSES to take calls, responsibility or accountability for his dormant specimen reporting to him. Because Andile is a weak manager, He WILL have a WEAK TEAM! I asked the staff to ask the manager to tell FNB to find another courier service that is reputable. I thought I'm speaking to a tavern owner or I was at an IMBIZO/ Bash / Party. ccd couriers should NOT be in business AT ALL. They gave me the wrong number as my contact, that was Mamelo Kwenaite[ who stated she was a team leader] in my 8 Attempts today I did not get anywhere with the bitter taste they left in my mouth.
