Shocking service from CCD Couriers

I do not know when I last encountered such dismal service. Been waiting for a bank card from FNB for over a week. Last Friday they promised delivery before 5pm, and at 4.45 they said they are a few minutes away. 6 days later I am still waiting for the card. I have agreed to pay the R280 to get the card to me today so it can go overseas, and still nothing. Each time I call, I get told it will be escalated. My gosh, this is such poor service. Now I am being told it will be delivered Monday, biut the card needs to go oveseas on Sunday!! What more can I do?
