Shocking Service.

I cannot believe that it's been 3 weeks since my delivery has been due but they have dropped calls, promised other dates and still no delivery. This treatment and service is shocking at the least and pathetic, and it's alarming since this company works with my financial firm for our clients as well. I'm taking this matter up and I detest any association with this unprofessionalism.
