Shocking service

CCD Couriers contacted me yesterday to schedule delivery for today confirmed delivery for between 8am and 10am. After 10am in informed that they are experiencing delays, they call me and connect me to the driver who says that he'll only be able to get here around 1pm, totally unacceptable, I have to work. Rain take no responsibility, just says I must wait, what the **** is wait!!! If I'm not here when they deliver they'll just **** off, they won't hang around waiting for me to rock up!! Absolutely ****ing shocking!!!
