Shocking Service

<p>They have tried to deliver my card in multiple occasions, poor timing and different instructions in terms of what is required. Today for the fifth time the driver arrived before 9:00, then wanted my green id book but the previous time accepted my drivers licence as well as a certified copy of my ID, which according to them NOW is NOT acceptable, trying to deliver my Discovery Credit Card. I can use my driver's license at any entity, but NOT CCD Couriers. I have tried phoning them to discuss this matter but the 3 call operators I spoke to today, just put me on hold and then later the phone call just died in my ear. This is so disappointing, and while this company ONLY accept your original Green ID, I am paying for the credit card which I cannot use. I am LIVID with this experience. Discovery is losing a client as a result. </p>
