Shocking Service
<p>Courier was suppose to deliver my card this morning between 8-10. Received a call that the agent is running late, also that the agent will contact me soonest to advise. Needless to say that I am still awatiing for this delivery to take place. Tried to contact the number provided on the sms, took ages to actually get through or for someone to pick up the phone, was informed they have system problems, and cannot track the agent. Will call me back, and I am still waiting. Why is FNB using this company, CCD couries your service is absolutely shocking and POOR to say the elast.</p>

Now on the line for the past 15 minutes, these people have no clue what is hapening, asking me twice after I have been on hold how can i assist. The courier was suppose to have been here 45min agao, it is now over 1 hour and still no card no agent. After I was promised 45 min. PATHETIC!!!!!

Again phoned the courier company no response from the lady, was advised she is putting me through to the courier company REALLY!!!!! Who did I phone then????? Please can this matter be sorted.
