Shocking lack of service
Totally shocking service. Was meant to receive my bank card via this courier service. when they called, I gave them the full names of two people who will be able to take delivery of the card on my behalf. These names reflect on the system when I called back to complain (tried numerous times to call and no answer) about the courier refusing to deliver the card to them. Why do you go though the trouble of taking down the names, and then refusing to deliver the card to them?
