Sham of a business
I had scheduled for delivery for 8-12 09 April 2025 and the package was not delivered. I received an SMS at 12:10 after I have reached out on their WhatsApp number saying there's a delay and I will receive a call regarding my package and I didn't receive any call. I called the customer service and I was told that the delivery guy came and I was not home. I was home the whole time

11 Apr 2025, 12:09I was supposed to receive my package today again between 8:00 - 12:00 and i still haven't received it, i called the company and i am not getting any assistance as the courier is not picking up. To say i am upset is an understatement.
