Service so good thought it was a ****! #shameful

<p>Justice! I want to express my sincere thanks for your excellent service and persistence in making sure I received what was very important to me. Your calls and SMS's made it so easy to an extent it honestly crossed my mind that this must be some kind of ****! I am ashamed to think that bad service has become so acceptable in South Africa that when good service is offered, we default to the negative!
