Service is pathetic

I ordered a phone through Intellicell in February and CCD couriers sent me a message advising me on a delivery date and when the date came nobody showed up ,only to receive the device 2 days later , While I was screaming and being transferred from 1 agent to the other ,No sense of accountability , today 15.08 I ordered another device through Intellicell and again to my utter shock CCD was suppose to deliver today and They phone me 4 hours later ,after phoning them numerous times and being assured that the driver is on the way. When the device was suppose to long be delivered to tell me a **** story about why they can't deliver. CCD courier's service is pathetic to say the least REF: ICELL **********
