Service delivery non existant!!!
<p>I receive an SMS to say I must be available from 10-12am to receive my FNB card. Ten minutes before 12 I get another SMS to say it will be delivered late, but no time is given. As I'm a rep I cannot sit in the office the whole day, so I leave, only to get a frantic call to say your courier is here, an hour 15 after he was supposed too. He said they would reschedule - alas, still waiting for communication from CCD. My salary has now been paid into my FNB account and I have to call CCD, only to get told I need to wait until Monday to receive my card as there nothing they can do. They can't deliver on the weekend and they can't deliver this morning. That's waiting the whole weekend without access to my funds.</p>

Confirming our telephonic conversation that your card will be delivered to you this afternoon.
Required documents for FICA and verification purposes (clear copies of both documents need to be handed over to the courier):
• Your valid green bar-coded ID/smart ID card
• A proof or residence that is in your name, has your physical address on it and not older than three months.
The proof of residence should not be a once off invoice/letter or any document from FNB or Discovery.
