**** SERVICE!!!

Okay..... I thought I was problem, only to find that you a horrible courier company, with no customer services skills; impolite & rude delivering guys who think they can do as they please and get away with it. No respect for peoples time or any considered therefore. It is just about the bottom line and that's that. I purchased a product from Rain who used that *********** delivery service to deliver. I received an email with a link to schedule a delivery. Scheduled the delivery 5 days before the delivery had to take place. Received a confirmation sms on the day before the delivery. TOOK TIME FROM WORK to receive this delivery. Delivery has to take place between 8am&10am, called in at 08H12 to confirm. Yes am goods are out on delivery we will ask the driver to liaise with youa more accurate time. 09H35 no delivery and no call from the delivery guy to apologies for being a no show. 09H50 call the call center and no resolve, rather a sms at 09H55 stating sorry for the inconvenience, however, we are having delays with delivery. Okay so don't give **** about customers time or respect for their time. We will just do as we please when we please. Then this total ***********, arrogant delivery guy rocks up at my home address at 13H35. Okay now what I am my office and have contacted RAIN and your call center to re-route the parcel. Then on telling this delivery this, his response is sorry you didn't arrange this with us you arranged this with Rain, so how do you know about it. Finally you deliver this to my offices with a huge attitude and rude. I ask are you aware your company has a very bad reputation. Response, yes I know and actually I don't care. The most SH!!!!TTY SERVICES EVER!
