second card same bad attitudes

my card arrived at ccd couriers on the 6th of may i had to call them to make an appointment for the card to be dropped of on Friday which they could not once again give me a direct time not to my surprise as you will see i have previously logged a complaint about the service received from ccd which was 2 months back if i don't get my card today i will hold them liable for my service fees incurred which will include a temporary card and my petrol costs
