SA's Slowest Courier
I opened a Business Account from Capitec and I've been waiting for the delivery of my card for 3 weeks. Every morning I get contacted between the hours of 7 and 8am to schedule a new delivery date.
It's been taking so long, they could've appointed someone to walk and hand deliver it to me.
I used to work for a courier service and this is just utterly unacceptable .
