Sacrilege and poor treatment

What a disappointing service by CCD Couriers in delivering my Rain package that i am so waiting for urgently. CCD Couriers sent me an email confirmation that my package will be delivered today on 30 Sep 21 between 12-4 as usual i moved some of my meetings as early as 08:00am and the other meeting to 10:00am. While sitting with my client discussing my business i get a call from CC Couriers telling me that the delivery guy is at my house to deliver my parcel to my surprise they changed delivery times without making me aware, I asked the delivery guy why did he not call me before he left his office and he had no answer!! I asked the guy if we could quickly meet at Leratong Hospital and he told me he cant because he's already at Naledi in Soweto. Now i had to beg him to deliver when he finishes his other deliveries and it still did not happen!!! i am so ****ed off of the no service i got today and it is very unprofessional, Humiliating, Disgusting and sacrilege. If you don't operate your business with SOP's then someone will. Deliver or Close your doors because you're failing
