If there was no star option then i would have used that option. I've never dealt with a company that is so ***********! Today I was waiting for my delivery that was scheduled for 10-12. I've been calling the company since 8 am because I received a reminder call and messages. I was told that the driver was at my gate at 9 but I never received any notification. I was surprised because I didn't receive a call from the courier to ask for a pin tk enter. Then I called again and I was told the courier was here at 11:53 then I asked how because I was on a call with ccd at that time figuring out what to do next. I then received a delay message. Now I'm not sure if the courier came or not It's now 12.34 and i have been on hold for 20 mins waiting for a supervisor. This is by far the worst courier company I've ever had to deal with
