This company has to take the cup as being SAs worst courier, especially because they are contracted to deliver bank cards.

Had to wait a week for my bank card to be delivered because they said they did not have an earlier slot. I cleared my afternoon on the day, only for them to call me and lie about not being able to find my house and me not being available. They then further lie about being down the road from me to which I respond that they should come, I'm waiting outside, and they never show up. Then I send them an email about the non delivery and they just keep the lies coming by claiming I am not answering my phone.

Disgusting! How they stay in business is beyond me. Now they have phoned and want to deliver next week again, sorry but I actually have a job and can't keep clearing my schedule due to your inefficiency!
