Rude unprofessional service.

I received a call during my work day. Usually I do not answer, but I already had two missed calls from the same number. The lady does not ask if it's convenient for me to take the call. After telling me the courier will be delivering my card at an inconvenient time. I state no one will be home at the time. She then proceeds to interrogate me about my work address due to COVID-19 regulations I'm not able to receive my card at work. She suggest again a time I cannot manage. I make it very clear to her the courier cannot arrive before 3pm as I can only leave work at 2pm. She says the courier will call before delivery. I receive an SMS before 2pm to say the courier is at my gate!! No call!! My husband is at home. The courier gives him such attitude and is utterly rude. He has the audacity to tell my husband we were informed to have ID available. Yes, my ID because it's my card. I'm not at home! And I told you I wouldn't be!! Looking at the ********** reviews here. How are you still in business?
