Rude, unprofessional and pathetic losing business because of a driver

Worse courier ever I ordered a card machine from Capitec for my elderly mom's shop on the 26th of October 2024, the parcel was scheduled for delivery on the 31st of October 2024, the driver called my mom the morning on that day, he was absolutely rude, so my mom responded back rude as well and then he threatened my mom telling her, he'll show her when he gets to her, she must tell him what she's saying over the phone to his face and he'll show her what he'll do I then called in to speak to a supervisor or manager yet the consultant reassured me that she's willing to help and that she needed all information to be able to help me I gave her everything then she obviously saw who the driver was and said she can't help unfortunately, she would have to put me through to the courier side, I was so confused, then I asked her so what did you need all that information for? Then she said she doesn't deal with the courier on her side, I even wrote emails with absolutely no help at all to date, my mom called in several times, the driver never delivered until today the 5th of November 2024, this is not right at all, so drivers are now gangsters threatening elderly people and then out of spite they don't deliver, and it's all okay?
