RUDE staff

Your courier staff are RUDE! Just had the most awful experience and your staff member was disgusting and not empathetic at all. Firstly, my assigned slot for today is 10am to 12pm. He came at 7:30am which I was fine with but he refused to accept my afrox statement as proof of residence. Furthermore, he would not wait for me to print a bank statement. He had such an attitude and when I called him to come back as I had the document printed, he refused and said no the courier will phone me to arrange another day. I need that delivery TODAY. Otherwise don't deliver it at all. I expect this staff member to be trained in some form of customer service/etiquette.
