rude staff

FNB recently contacted me offering me a new cheque card. They insisted that th card will hav to be couriered to me and i cannot fetch it from any branch. So i agreed. Ccd couriers had called me during the week and smsed to notify me that i should expect them between 2 to 4pm. To which i had planned my dayaccordingly. However the courier guys areived atleast 20min early and i was not at home by then so my mum advised them that i am on my way...but lo and behold the guy was so rude to her... stating he cannot wait as he has many other places to go to. He then calls me at 1.50pm and speaks rudely to me on th call as well. Eventually i arrive at 2pm and i mention to him that its not my fault if u guys are early because according to the sms th time set was 2 to 4pm. So why must he arrive early without prior notice to change of times and then on top of it be rude to my elderly mum and to me on th fone as well...
