Rude employees at CCD Couriers

The worst service, from the call Centre to the delivery guy. Just no manners. Never keep to the time agreed on for delivery. Simple instructions left, eg, do no hoot at the gate as I will not they are there, is not followed. They than report your delivery as you not being available and than you have to end up paying delivery fees, for them being ***********. Everyone is experiencing something in their lives, people are not mindful and considerate. Terrible service.
