Rude couriers. Bad communication. Customer service is non existent

The courier that I interactted with was rude and uncomprimising. When he phoned to say he was on route we both agreed that he should give me 10 minutes before I meet him. I left my phone on charge and got ready to see him. When I had my phone in hand, i saw missed call from him. I immediately phoned him back to say I am on my way to which he rep**** that he already left and was in another town and under no circumstances will he come back. I took all of exactly 13 minutes from the time we agreed upon. He was rude, irritable and uncomprimising. He even said he knocked on my door which was a lie as I would have heard. He was belittling when he said I must learn to pick up my phone without knowing the circumstances as to why my phone was away from me. He told me to go and phone head office. I phoned the offices and was cut off numerous times. I finally got through to them and the call agent said the courier was not answering his phone. Ironic
