Rude Courier service CCD Couriers

Ten minutes ago or so, I was waiting for a rain WiFi router and sim I app**** online. The delivery guy called me and asked me to come outside the complex, I asked him if I should send him the visitors code so that he comes in and he refused. Within 3 minutes he calls me again saying he is leaving, I tell him to wait since I was on my way out, the guy is rude and unprofessional, he was telling me about rushing for other clients and how I need to run to the gate because he will leave with the delivery. As I was walking out I told him to hang the phone and asked him why he was so rude as I was walking towards the gate. Outside the gate I show him my drivers license and and electronic proof of address which is my monthly rental statement, he says he needs a hard copy, I told him that I don’t have a hard copy because I don’t receive mail on the post box, I get everything digital, I offered to email it to him but he refused, he just said he can’t give me the device and left. I’ve been waiting for the WiFi router and sim the whole morning, I moved my appointments so that I can receive the delivery, it only means that I wasted my time. Besides that, this CCD Courier guy is very rude and unprofessional, you can’t rush clients, speaking to them as if you are talking to children. That courier guy is worse and his service is despicable. Please inform rain of the incident and CCD Couriers as I will never use their service in the future. My cell is *** and this is my rain complain ticket ***

I received a call from Sandra at CCD couriers and she asked me to go to a printing shop to print a proof of address after refusing that I email her the proof of address. She also told me that the driver will deliver my parcel from Rain before 2 pm in the afternoon. She called again to say he is in a different area so he will deliver the parcel by end of business which I thought was before 5 pm. That was the last call, I didn’t get the parcel nor get a call from ccd couriers why the parcel never arrived. In Sandra’s address to me, she kept on saying she got instructions from her manager to contact me and never indicated her position at the company. I’m so shocked by the customer service here, my issues of the rude courier guy where never addressed and I still didn’t get the parcel as told, I wasted time going to printers and having to wait fir this parcel from 8am to 17 pm and never arrived and never contacted or updated why it never arrived. I do not recommend this company to anyone and even rain WiFi as they never attended to the matter after reporting their courier company to their support team. I even got a ticket number but nobody contacted me nor advised how they will deal with the matter.
