Rude CCD courier driver

Very bad experience with one of the driver who came to deliver my rain wifi before time that was given to me, he was impatient and had attitude. He returned back with my wifi as he told me that my ID is old, I should go apply for temporary ID. That time my ID's bar code and photo was clear. Please help me deal with people like Bonginkosi Ngwenya, who don't know what customer service is. Thank you.
