Rude arrogant Couriers X 3

Have dealt with this courier services 3 times and each time was worse than the last.on all three times I was receiving packages from Rain first time I set up for my package to arrive at my home between 10-12 driver arrived at 8 called and said she had left because I wasn't there I asked how because I had set up a time between 10-12 it was a whole argument I had to call the call centre and then they would put me through to her I ended up having to chase her around town in order to get my package. Second time they didn't even bother to call and I ended up canceling my order with Rain. 3rd time was last week Friday moved up my order because I was traveling and wouldnt be able to get my order. I set up delivery destination at a shopping centre in town. The only option on their set up was KFC driver arrived at 11:30 didn't bother to call went 8nto KFC looking for me and then calls to shout at me because I wasn't at the destination I explained that I didn't work there and I had stated this when setting up my delivery he then started lecturing me 9n what I should say when setting up my delivery while we were standing in the sun he was extremely rude and he himself didn't follow procedure. If he had he would of known that I requested to be called before the delivery because I did not work there and was nearby nd when I explained this he was having none of it. I don't know why Rain insist on using this company to do their deliveries Takealot did a much better job
