Router has been returned but that is too much

I have dropped of te router from Rain at their walk in shop on Sunday. I have sent CCD Couriers the enail ro show they acknowledge receipt of the router. I also send them the call with their own agent apparently underdtanding it has been returned, but she did not understand anything. I set collection date dor the 8th at 10h00 so i can show them the email and perhaos help to read it to them. If there is time I will drew pictures. Stop harrassing me at 07h00 in the morning!! I wanted NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TRASH OF LAST YEAR, BUT THEIR INCOMPETENCE IS PUSHING IT DOWN MY THROAT. I AM BLOCKING ALL NUMBERS AND PUTTING EMAILS TO SPAM. IS CCD COURIERS AND RAIN HAVING AN INCOMPETENCE BATTLE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
