Ridiculous service and absolutely no follow up

Worst service I have ever experienced, Rain signed me up and I was standing outside the delivery address waiting for the courier and every time I phoned their call center to track the delivery they could either not hear me neither call back. And when I finally spoke to a consultant they could not hear me. ****ing worse services ever!!
