Review for CCD Couriers

I’m at a loss for words when it comes to my experience with CCD Couriers. Honestly, I’m baffled at how this company continues to operate.

Originally, we had a meeting scheduled for 10 AM to pick up my card, but just five minutes prior, I received a message that it had been rescheduled to 2 PM. From 10 AM onward, I attempted to call the company repeatedly to inquire if I could use my temporary driver’s license for the collection. I was on the phone for over three hours, from 10 AM until 1:30 PM, and during that time, I either got disconnected or the calls were abruptly ended—totally frustrating!

After about 16 attempts, I finally managed to speak with a representative who assured me that I could use my temporary license as long as it was the original document. When the driver finally arrived at 2:30 PM (which is unacceptable), I handed him the temporary license, only to be told that it was not acceptable after all.

If I had been informed of this policy beforehand, I could have made arrangements to get to my wife in time to get my ID in time. This entire experience has not only wasted my time but also showcased a serious lack of communication and customer service skills on their part.

I sincerely hope that banks and other companies reconsider using CCD Couriers. Their phone etiquette and overall handling of situations leave much to be desired.
