Reschedule.

I got an email with a link to schedule a pick-up, where I was asked to input the last 4 digits of my number; I did and the page did not load. Next thing I got a message on the page that I have exceeded my attempts, after trying numerous times. I called the number provided on the message, that does not go through. Why have features that do not work?
