Repeated poor service

CCD Couriers have been selected by companies to deliver goods to me on many occasions. The most recent have been Rain and Nedbank. My experience of CCD has been so unsatisfactory. They schedule appointments for deliveries to be made and have not ever kept to their appointment time. This time I explained to the agent that this has been my prior experience and if they could please ensure that the appointment time is adhered to. Yet another instance where the appointment has been missed and only after I have followed up did I receive an sms communications a delay. Managers are aware of this problem as every time a delivery is missed I have brought it to their attention only to be given excuses but I don’t think they seem to care about service delivery or addressing the problem. I wish companies would stop using them or check up their on customer service and customer satisfaction.
