REFUSAL OF DELIVERING AT THE ADDRESS
The nonsense I'm receiving from their stuff who are refusing to deliver my card as they insist I must meet them somewhere, even though they had agreed to deliver at my workplace, this the worst service I have ever received from a courier company, like why agree to deliver at a certain address then make the stories once the parcel is with you???
