Really DISGRUNTLED by the service I received from CCD Couriers.
I am really disgruntled by the service I received from CCD Couriers, they received my card last week and they never phoned me to make an arrangement until I had to call to follow-up, when I gave them the call that was the first time they took my address (meaning I would have not received my card if I didn't call) because they did not have my address, I was suppose to received my card today if they gave me a call last week.
This is really poor service especially considering that I am suppose to sign some papers after receiving my card(I have other commitment ) and this waiting process is delaying some of the things I am suppose to do .
All I am asking is please can I receive my card today, I am located in Sunninghill Sandton anytime from 9:00 to 16:00 I am available.
