Really bad services

Unfortunately, CCD has once again failed to fulfill their delivery obligations for the second time today despite my repeated attempts to contact them between noon and the present moment. Furthermore, their delivery personnel claimed arrival at 1:30 pm; however, no indication of their presence was captured on my gate cameras. CCD's disregard in meeting two previously agreed upon delivery dates is resulting in me incurring charges for a product and service that I have yet to receive. Regrettably, there has been no correspondence from the company regarding this matter nor any indication of an official complaint reference number from poor quality service; therefore it is recommended to avoid such services.
