RAIN/CDD Delivery

Terrible experience encountered with CDD this morning for my rain package delivery. I got a call that the driver was parked outside the complex, I jumped out of the shower to grab the parcel the driver had left and marked the delivery as missed. Went through the call center no one can help or put me through the managed and they advised the best they will have to reschedule the parcel for delivery tomorrow. I can’t work for the day and the driver can’t drive back to deliver the parcel, the driver barely waited 5 mins or came up to my door to finalize the delivery. Appalling service and no real customer experience, rain should definitely look at moving this contract to RAM or courier guy who are more efficient at dealing with customers.
