The 2nd worst courier company I’ve had to deal with!!! Not to mention their top tier rude drivers who either don’t have phones to contact you, if they do, they still unprofessional in their telephone manner!!! Didn’t get my parcel on the first try cos the driver went to the closest landmark and not my address- after half a day of waiting. The next try, I wasn’t home, as I had an urgent work commitment. Left all my docs at home, but they needed the original ID for scanning. Then I get a call to ask ‘is it true that you were not available for the driver to deliver?’ Yes, I wasn’t. ‘Ok, we will call you back to reschedule’ minutes later, an sms comes through….I will now have to contact them to reschedule. Absolutely professional, I tell you!!
