Rain SA/ CCD Couriers taking youre money!!!!!

Worst Courier Service EVer!!!! This Company should be investigated by the Consumer Court And Consumer Department!! Please look up all the complaints from people Everywhere with this Courier Company!!!!!! We paid for a Rain Wifi on the 30th April 2022. After many days no received parcell from CCD Couriers . After many calls..Day after day ..everyday a new promised. Last week parcell wouldhve been delivered! Did not happen! Phoned again. Arranged to be delivered in Friday 6 Mei!! Took off half day from work to receive parcell after many calls many promises . Without any success. Spoke to Manager on same day askinf why not delivered!! Mr Lytando Sekhula on ***. Promised for Monday 9 Mei 2022. Then again said no Tuesday 10 May 2022. No delivery! Wensday no delivery! Yesterday called again... No . parcel to be delivered on Thursday!!! When confirmed delivery address again ..no next week Monday!! Other agent said parcel is still there not even despatched yet!!! No replies no service's.. between rain and CCD couriers!!!! We paid for our WiFI at Rain!!!! No service from rain aswell!!! Lots of excuses and postponing refund aswell!!! Please contact Willem Roos and Cinrad Leigh from Rain SA!!!
