RAIN ROUTER

I have been waiting for my router since the 31st of March and CCD is now making an idiot of me. i have spoken to so many consultants who keep rescheduling my delivery. How is still not dispatched after 2 weeks ? After a hassle they promised to deliver today, this morning they called me again to reschedule YET AGAIN. At this point I am not sure whether I will get my router and on top of that I will be paying for WIFI I did not use !
