Rain Router

Such a terrible courier company ever.

I got confirmation on the 26 of March 2025 from Rain that CCD Couriers confirmed receipt of my parcel and they will contact me shortly.

1st appointment was set for 28 March 2025 between 8am - 10am however no-one pitched and no communication.

2nd appointment was set for 1 April 2025 between 8am - 10am still the same thing happened.

Since then I call every hour but still no assistance, even the call centre staff is rude and impatient, can this be sorted out immediately.

3weeks later, my rain router is still not delivered.
