Rain Please stop using CCD Couriers

I ordered a router with Rain on the 31st July 2023, i was told delivery will be within 2-3 days. Then I got an SMS to make a booking with CCD which i did. I was given an option for delivery on the 4th August 2023 between 8am-10am. I waited for delivery at that time till I had to call them only to be told they do not have any booking for delivery. Yet they have my delivery address they have my parcel and am like 15 minutes away from them. And i received sms from CCD Confirming delivery for the 4th August 2023 at 8-10am .Yet they saying then can only delivery to me on the 8th August 2023. Now i have to make a plan to fetch it myself worse am told when i get there , there is a 30 minutes waiting period when I get there to get my package......... I never what to associate myself with CCD couriers.
